Hagar has a womb and will give birth to  some babies for Toothpas and Mothera.  Yet, when they get back Toothpas is accused of adultery with Hagar. He is arrested by the local police and Toothpas it's because he needs a womb version to help him and his wife...and they can pay for a little help with her too since we see what is going on.....so they let him go.   The bible is  not just about Abraham and Sara.  We see that Noah and Adam had wives with wombs and no surrogate was required.  Sara was maybe reluctant emotionally.  

She also cooks for them with the Dutch and English spices.   She also defecates in the well to lighten him up a bit.    He had at least three and they milked the cows also.   Hagar, as a surrogate, will give birth to fourteen children, humbly in  the manger where Abraham knows her but this  would normally be the wife's role.
