Governments and businesses like Asus need personalities. They operate on rules of maximum efficiency or they are at least supposed to. The rules by which they are to operate appear on the internet. If a machine is not working according to specification, you fix it. Send a code to the government operating system. Now, it should work and every citizen should have equal treatment under the law when it comes to universal minimum income support.
