Letter to the editor:  When you read the Tanakh, you find 2nd Chronicles 31 as your answer to the Robotic automation economy. These are overnight loans usually.  This is what they do. They say they need it back; whatever it is that you took.  The debt they borrowed from themselves is owed to itself at 0% or maybe 1%; 1% so they work harder for you and I to ensure system security.     This means everytime you spend $10.00 on cigarettes,   the government earns $3.00.  They are known as Bank of Banks and Financiers of Financiers and really cool weapons to ensure you are getting the point that the pirate minister of death finance is dead. He never existed.  There is no such persons.     If it borrowed. They hand supermarkets IOUs issued by the government that the store can cash in with the government eventually.  The government promises to pay to the bearer the sum of the IOU on the paper bill.  It is either a standard bill (The $1.00) or a cheque. If it is a cheque, only the volunteer to whom it is issued can redeem it with the government (or bank)  that issued it.    -----  You shop for the food and gas and the store collects sales tax that is paid directly to the government.  The  daily average Consumer activity has generated   enough sales tax hopefully so that there is no difference between the IOUs outstanding and also the wages owed to the volunteers.  This is a very small economy.  Eventually, it grows.  As there is no work in the usual tedious laborious sense in the robotic world, the government offers each citizen some IOUs to generate sales tax activity at 30%.  We could say 6% sales tax since the government owes you some respect. Your taxes make it possible.  The IOU Everyone or the universal unconditional minimum income support is set at about $40000.00 for this example.  The sales tax is a painless way to ensure there is enough revenue generated to pay you* in your resentment of its existence.  But,we need the universal unconditional minimum income support in a robotic economy  to make the economy work. We need the sales tax to cover this IOU and keep all the civic functions going. You may say we dont need as many people. So let's have a scripted war or a cull.  Many buildings and homes will be empty and then you will say we need more people.  Who should we invite?    This is for the majority of the population as robotic Labor has taken over work as we know it.   You need a population. You have a population.  The population formed a government that will not be attacking the wrong part of the equation and making the problem of law and people a problem. You are not justified.     This is not a wage. In fact, every citizen gets the IOU as a universal unconditional minimum income support to ensure activity.  Ot is not a chose in action.    It is enjoyed by the person who receives it in cash or in the form of an electronic payment that can be reduced to cash or goods.   I own myself and God owns me. You are covered in the blood of Jesus. You cover  and protect your neighbour and your neighbour protects you.   You will see everything.  The most significant aspect of the economy is housing and lived spaces in Maslow's hierarchy or dignity of needs.   Are you with us? Take the cash and you can fish for dinner every day if you want. It's fun and I will join you.      As citizens in the majority, in many governments, they are also  asked to participate in life long civic education that is paid and less laborious and burdensome when everyone is involved at two or three days a week.
