Jamaica caught some of his toilet water after his visit and too many of his Jamaican progeny are targets of some self imposed regional cultural Limitation. You need people who can do the work, understand the work and complete the professional training at home or abroad and if they do, why target them and limit them in some cultural protest that says you want to know if you are accepted or equal, sabotaging people and hurting people who are Selassie people and your people. You want to think they were part Chinese if they could read legislation and presumption was used as your subconscious defense I suppose. Selassie came to Jamaica to understand the sense of trepidation emerging in the world from that Region.
