If you commit enoughj to allow the average consumer to think of a Ford or GM/ Citroen vehicle as they medidate on their needs, then they will do it. They will still seek finance since the monthly UBI(Basic income) is not enough to just that buy that Panamera or Hyundai Santa Fe or GM vehicle with cash.
