Now, what is the difference between a UN General Secretary and a President of The United States? They carry the same obligation to fulfil and enforce the UN policies and to do so satisfactorily following the same approach and policy as other member nations. You don't need to wait for someone to tell you how to do it; hoping they will tell you to kill, steal or destroy. The UN ILO Regulations R202 is the policy.
