The solution, though, is a commitment to law and legal obligations to the entire population under the UDHR Article 25/ OHCHR Article 11 which is enforced under EU and UK law while also ensuring the population is aware of their access to the universal minimum income support as guranteed under these rights as enforced by UK law. Leaving any natural geographically and culturally determined free trade bloc is not the solution. Legal obligation to the entire population remains even of he was a citizen of the UK that arrived from the West Indies on the Windrush before Caribbean independence in 1962. Before or after independence, he is still a UK citizen whether or mot sailed in on the Queen Mary, the Windrush or Flew in. He is not an immigrant. Immigration to the UK is really immigration to the EU in a shared UN obligation and responsibility such that the refugee can be placed in Bulgaria or Romania where they may have more room or space to accommodate the refugee applicant. However, they may get a chance to be housed in Sheffield or in an old Housing estate in South London.

You have to comply with the UDHR Article 25 but what method in terms of amounts would you implement to comply; how much do you say you will pay your culture per citizen? Are you English? Its a bit too public; what ever it is going on and instead of asking us to agree to half in our emotions before you make payment, just send what you think is best and sent it to everyone who has applied; not once but four times? However, it is best you send the whole allotment due to the citizen on application and take the play dough of a whole 1% from the daily sales tax collection. Send the income support money actually to every citizen automatically or else there is a gender equality issue and some other criminal law issues.
