The absence of basic income in America since 1957 begged an American question; not a Black question. The absence of a national basic income led to state's rights filling the gap with a state citizen's basic income. Massachusetts had a basic income since 1940 and the population of that state collected both up to 1957. It may have been a part of the problem as leading to the end of the national program when that Massachusetts population collected both but with tinged conscience. The Massachusetts program seems to have paid only the foreign born and not those born in America; including Black West Indians and Black Africans for some unknown reason along with foreign born Irish but not the locally born Second generation Irish or Second generation English. This was done to establish the fact that America was a land of immigrants and the natives received their stipend separately and at equal value as the original Massachusetts program. The national program paid all people equally. Today, the Massachusetts basic income now pays all citizens of Massachusetts this basic income on a non-racialised basis since there is only one Amerindian/American/Amerindian population with the various inputs and admixtures to create something truly American to face down the population race; not the arms race and we can decide our own success and WIN with sufficient levels of basic income!

Everybody learns English before they come to help you re occupy your lands since if it is about your ways, then you can maintain your ways on the weekend but at least you have enough cash to buy the fishing rods and the gasoline for the vehicle and enough to stay warm at the Moredeer Inn or the Luvwivemore  Inn and you don't even have to feel desperate while you enjoy your ancestral ways as Mr White said. Mr. White said save aMerican and to  do this, Donald has restored the basic income.  IT is not a campaign issue or platform for anybody. It is already law, Hoorah, and we will not leave any man, woman or citizen behind.  The banks will not frustrate it or hope to steal from a few non residents. The banks will keep the accounts open and reopen them and contact the account holders. This is the first line of defense to protecting a population and after that, we can give Donald  a movie dedicated to his militaristic sense of gravitas and get that fictitious warlord just in time for November 2020 and we will all watch it on TV as we spend our USMCAINCOME as paid for under the CETA while we will buy more European vehicles and American vehicles since we want the association to Europe; right?
