Basic income is what they are asking you to follow and not just the European food and clothing. This is all the European forbears are asking you to understand and they apologize profusely for the concept of race while you will read and study Dumas, Pushkin and about Dido and others in Mainland Europe where complexion is of no issue. This brings us to Locke who confirmed our purpose in government being the surrender of our individual rights to protection to achieve the mutual and communal assurance of life, liberty, health and property as discussed in Locke's Two Treatises on Government. You have to comply with the UDHR Article 25 but what method in terms of amounts would you implement to comply; how much do you say you will pay your culture per citizen? Are you English? Send the income support money actually to every citizen automatically or else there is a gender equality issue and some other criminal law issues.
