Do you see people building a culture that finishes formal schooling at grade 10 that really is, for them, the end of High School but who are then told that they have the authority of the whole world and what polemic does that create when you meet people who are not in that culture whose schooling never ends in his culture up and beyond grade 12 or grade 13.
