If I was Amerindian, European or Human, What would I do except but put in the basic income?  But If I was Joker and stuck in between all three emotionally then I might resent the entire world and anything I resent if I have to try too long to understand it and would prefer to just Take it and this has nothing to do with Black people but Egypt is Egypt as the founders of modern civilization where they had coins and farming and...linen clothing; very nice...but Hunter Gatherers just take it...but you got the power to turn on basic income but maybe you chose your right to self determination and not because you are afraid to be identified as Amerindian or Cheddar man if you were sympathetic to capitalism and socio-economic stability but because you want to do to others as was done to you and feel like a robber baron  and really just express your imagined  right to just Take it...  so for the Joker, the Bank is Cheddar man's cave full of chestnuts. You have to comply with the UDHR Article 25 but what method in terms of amounts would you implement to comply; how much do you say you will pay your culture per citizen? Are you English? Its a bit too public; what ever it is going on and instead of asking us to agree to half in our emotions before you make payment, just send what you think is best and sent it to everyone who has applied; not once but four times? However, it is best you send the whole allotment due to the citizen on application and take the play dough of a whole 1% from the daily sales tax collection. Send the income support money actually to every citizen automatically or else there is a gender equality issue and some other criminal law issues.
