Any people will do to stoke market consumption in America but America says they would rather propagate Asian culture since  people propagate the culture they have and they buy the vehicles that express their culture but they are pretty good though; innit and they have basic income innit so if you are a building owner then you are excited about people from Asia who pay your rent but you are now  excited about your own Saskatoba people or Minnesota people who pay the rent with their basic income and  who will also open Bannock Rabbit Kebabs and Chips and chicken and Lamb steaks  and Deer minion made from  deer  raised on farms as Livestock( you raise two deer for the food production and release 7 deer into the wild)  maybe with a little HP sauce mixed with Maple Syrup...so you get an Ojibwe sauce instead of a mambo sauce which is soy sauce and ketchup.       America  does not control its own emotions. As such, it does not control its own thinking. As such, it does not control its own direction.

You have to comply with the UDHR Article 25 but what method in terms of amounts would you implement to comply; how much do you say you will pay your culture per citizen? Are you English?
