Go and read the Magna Carta again! Are you trying to steal it and thereby break all the laws that make you safe today in your home and your vehicle? Are you trying to start a civil war? You have to comply with the UDHR Article 25 but what method in terms of amounts would you implement to comply; how much do you say you will pay your culture per citizen? Are you English?
