The Ra's al Ghul was with good intention and maybe he had satellite evidence of the pig farmer's deed and Bruce got his video playback but he was Bruce and not Batman with his official association as a paramilitary organisation in the Police Department to actually take an order from the state to do what Ra's was asking of him in Ra's version of absolute ultra vires authority but not state sanctioned authority to vitiate what the Pig farmer did as ordered by Goldfinger or Bain or other baddies maybe as applauded by Captain Phillip's pirate who was born in the West Indies some how but who minds if Ra's al Ghul or Santa Claus have a private army so long as they do not butt heads with the Magna Carta and its private army and why would you mind so long as you don't have to watch sex with Santa Claus? Yet, the cable tv package is cheaper than water very soon and basic income is just as necessary in our modern infrastructure as hot and cold running water or electricity and smoothly graded roads while you could also decide to be a modern rendition of a troglodyte while your ancestor could be some notable 17th or 18th century evangelist with a name similar to...I can't say...while you were offered social authority if you did not go to school and told that tv was good enough and you decided that tv was good enough and then you became the modern reincarnation of the troglodyte while on earth.

You have to comply with the UDHR Article 25 but what method in terms of amounts would you implement to comply; how much do you say you will pay your culture per citizen? Are you English? But, why is anyone making people secretly offer half of their income support entitlement before they get even one pound? Where does the other half go? Its a bit too public; what ever it is going on and instead of asking us to agree to half in our emotions before you make payment, just send what you think is best and sent it to everyone who has applied; not once but four times? However, it is best you send the whole allotment due to the citizen on application and take the play dough of a whole 1% from the daily sales tax collection. Send the income support money actually to every citizen automatically or else there is a gender equality issue and some other criminal law issues. Do you know people who cannot rest until they put their spoon with their saliva in the food intended for guests at a bridal party banquet?
