Who is Leefsland? He seems to think stealing personal items will aid his claim in being that person..and his culture, contrary to law, will allow it but the law says it is an impersonation offence, theft over, conspiracy to murder and possession of stolen property but his culture says he should not quit since the victim is blackish and maybe not related since he believes in humanity and natural respect for others.
