The Queen is not killing all of the graduates because if she did, she would have no one to protect her since she is a creature of law and does not exist as a Monarch without it. She is not killing any of the graduates. But, on occasion, to fee absolute authority, she secretly executes violent offenders who have sentences of five years or more. The family is told that the male or female offender died in a fight. If The law changes as in France it is such that she is no more. The graduates want the Monarch to keep them safe from the Menace to Society in that the Monarch can use Domestic Terrorism War powers with the power granted by the people.‎  Now, she is not a Queen in America but you have been holding the Magna Carta for so long that it has become emotionally and spiritually a socio-economic form of inspiration and a spiritual founding document. it may give her a role but it also gives her duties and limitations such that the power is not absolute. Individuals and their freedom, their education and their property  is protected under law. This is a great duty and a good job and we have no hesitation in honoring the Queen. She is obligated to call the soldiers and keep us safe socially and economically and in certain instances of economic and technological change, this safety may involve basic income. The people, without her approval and within the mandate given to the people in the Magna Carta under parliament, can exercise the power to put necessary and requisite policies into place to avoid national conflict. if such risk could be averted as seen in the case of mass bank robberies in the rise of industrial automation.  The Queen of Norway has confirmed her respect for the policies that involve basic income.  As before in the very beginning of this journey, France is now the leader of the English speaking world.  Peace is not a sin according to Royalty. They honor it in the Nobel Peace prizes in accord with Matthew 5:9.  See all the White people who have been advocating basic income that include the Capitalist Milton Friedman; the Chinese and Japanese people also evidently.      With basic income, we will hire more soldiers; not fewer soldiers but at least we understand the true source of economic stimulus  that was not precisely delineated in the military industrial complex but I suppose it seemed to work that if we had a military conflict, there would be more orders for guns, milk, shoes, cheese, pens, paper, socks, fruit of the loom and body bags; A ha ha ha ha! But, if you put a little money in people's pockets from the white gold of electricity from the river while you keep the same rate of military hiring and spending the military complex can be quite content next to the regenerative economic stimulation complex. The military industrial complex is an oxymoron since you are killing consumers while you stimulate the economy and only rather temporarily; mother F"%er!   In all your getting  you 'Jarhead turned general' in 1948 who was also then turned into a machine, you need understanding!  You may want the truth but what good is truth if you refuse to respect it or understand it? You cannot handle the truth and maybe you don't exist but you have thrown many good lives into your beggarly economic illiteracy as maintained by an obvious and evident justification that we will eat although you did not understand how it works and you were forgiven but now you need to understand what you were hoping to achieve and why you lose again and again if you don't understand. So, please understand cheeky monkey!

It maintains the population and we are happy to see others join us since he who has the most people wins since with people, you maintain your territory, dominion and your hegemony. You can expand and join other populations. You can afford to maintain yourself in any part of the world. You keep pace with the imagined competition. Is it Russia? They fund 100% of their population. They see that across Canada and the US, only 48% of the population is funded and it is as low as 28% in the US alone. So, then the other 72% of under funded Americans is the real issue behind weak consumer stimulus. It is rumored that Kenya has decided to increase its income support by .90 cents an hour. We are all the canary in the mine to say there is too much poison in the foods; DDT etc and it's illegal. We can have black legal counsel. Actually, we do have some. You add to this a product diversity, choice and excited consumerism and you have the largest consumer market in the world; larger than America; absorbing American made and also Chinese goods with a certainty unseen in America that the goods will be sold. China is quite similar as it is certain that the citizen or the consumer as the citizen or benefit recipient has money. The benefit is paid by the government and not intercepted by any thieves in the banking system and when would such a fiasco be overlooked for years, affecting the economy and the government's plans? The Americans, in their talk about capitalism have missed their own point when you talk about marketing and selling where there is no market of regular, certain buyers while they focus on the freedom their system promises to adventuring marketers to create a gazillion candy bars, soft drinks, toys and new gadgets with product designers involving new product creation that is met by always comparatively low consumer stimulus and low buyer certainty. We asked why. One answer is the country still sees itself as a hinter land where the old east sees the burgeoning west with places like Utah, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Colorado as a land of wild heathens next to Vermont and that should not have this Vermont type income support until they can sing three church hymns from memory. This is something that armed conflict within the country or with other countries cannot solve. It is about what you have done to you and your own people; what you have done to you. In our observation, it means the old east has some baring on what is happening in the country. The next issue is whether the people in the west would find it hard maybe in some hunter gatherer cultural resistance to just ensure every citizen in that region is above and beyond any want or need to fend and live off the land; hunt for a rabbit. But, wouldn't you need a knife at least to cut it and share it or you would eat it all by yourself with your hands?
