It has something to do with their culture as mentioned. They send text messages(the text discloses who is the perpetrator ) to say they are a politician's daughter, an impersonation offense, locked in detention and
they also threaten the victim that if they don't, they will do something etc etc. The victim is also told that they will probably be up dead. A Tony Thornhill in Montreal was involved as a Pentecostal and is also now dead for threatening a woman named Carter by text.
The end result is that the victim actually participates
in the death of her own relatives which is to isolate her while being given a drug that is put in Mallox that is placed in the hand bag along with weapon; a knife that is also put in the handbag. They usually promot a dyslexic, apostate and emotionally competitive Black middle ranking police officer who is offered ten percent. Everytime any polic show up to apprehend, they offer ten percent on th same home. The current investigation indicates that 911 operators were also offered and that the perpetrators were actually Black and who lost their jobs following austerity measures across the commonwealth in David Cameron's election. Apparently, 53000 people have now received offers of 10 percent and have failed to carry out their job duties.
