Scalawags enjoy peace and thousands of hours of malls and shopping along with the laws therein to make this possible but if one scalawag takes a strong interest in killing,stealing and destroying to achieve or attain something, the scalawags will follow and if there are enough individuals with a scalawag hypothalamus in the population, Middlesex in England would end up feeling like a Spanish Town or a Halifax.
