It is just that we find that the Scalawag and courtier population that melded in the West Indies at the end of the French Monarchy is a generation -ally drug dependent population. In moving back to Europe, they seem to demonstrate three tendencies as a population; one is anxiety about social acceptance, competition over association and anxiety about authority and seeking opportunities to demonstrate authority over others. For instance, a London High School graduate community has become a phenomenon of their own. If they are from the authority and scalawag community, they seem to demonstrate a tendency to demonstrate the various anxieties discussed herein. For instance, they are the only population that would confuse the authority they see being demonstrated in a James Bond movie and reduce it to My authority over my Saudi cousin or Windward or American or Canadian cousin who did graduate from Uni in the UK' with many acts of intervening in state authority with many offences that involve criminal harassment and impersonation of government officials to frustrate the life of that graduate cousin in the name of their UK High School association as a trades school graduate. They cannot do this entirely on their own since there are others who may have encouraged that same graduate but who now wish to say that their association as a UK High School student has to be more valuable to the world and the establishment than a UK Uni Graduate and a Post Graduate. They would even risk their lives in Saudi Arabia and in contacting the schools he attended to seek attention in his association and heralding of the work of these schools whose leadership may involve former Criminal Court Judges, members of the clergy or the Monarchy. Their behavior, as determined as it is, that goes on without immediate notice demonstrates a civil disobedience and fissure in UK society that is the disdain and devaluation of every UK citizen since you cannot really say who is that graduate's grandfather or great grandfather and where those ancestors attended School in the former British Empire that watches France maintain colonies in North America or management of populations by treaty in the same in addition to the Caribbean as required to facilitate markets for Europe with basic income as modern government requires. Can you imagine a modern population without regular, clean tap water and a sewage filtration system yet they mobile phones? Can you imagine a modern population without basic income that is frustrated by the criminal obsessions as predicated by ancestral frailties about social acceptance, competition over association and anxiety about personal authority vs. their own badges of association as former tube workers or UK High School leavers when all of our efforts to herald King and Country as the lowly Post Graduate or Highly esteemed High School leaver are equally valued in maintaining the shining efficiency and civility of the Anglo world and government under the Oath of Engagement that continues to this day; innit?

J Edgar pulled the trigger when Reagan told him to. Finance is a gun. What is a bus company without care for the safety and security of its passengers; it's purpose in being? What is a government without care for the safety and security of its people as achieved by using every modern requisite safety policy such as basic income?
