If the government is approving genetically modified salmon, then they know what they are doing when they herald the application of UN policy concerning children and children's rights in family law processes but do not take time to think of the worker or average citizen and their rights in the immediate application of UN ILO Regulations #202 with respect to UDHR or OHCHR Article 11 rights guranteed and ensured as required with the argument being that there is Unemployment insurance but it does not satisfy the OHChR Article 11 obligation to secure the lives of individuals. A Universal Minimum Income Support of $20000.00 per year would just barely satisfy the obligation upon the government under Article 11 of the OHCHR. You could put Minimumincomesupportario under the direct administration of Belgium or Quebec for social services and the minimum income support. The independence in the social services is wasteful and harrassive as they fail to fulfil the UDHR or OHCHR commitment under Federal obligation. It should be managed much like the burden of safety regulations on car manufacturers under the ISO; the international standards organisation. These ODHR and UDHR policies are intended for human security and safety. It may mean fewer stupid Anglophones or runaway stupid Americans in the world and we don't think people know this is why we tolerate the Ontario resistance and the National American resistance as we allow them to dithervso that with less stupid people generally, there are less Samsung customer service phone calls and less Toyota customer service phone calls but it is inhumane though when we cpukd tractor beam your economy and it is economically and environmentally wasteful to allow you to poison and starve yourselves (check your water quality in your taps and lakes; do you care to live or is it your PRIDE? ) as Citroen would love to market their vehicles there since who should have to explain to them that the OHCHR is written with pure economic motive when every citizen of Oddletario is a bonafide refugee applicant? They can still have their elections, their vote and their input into the political debates and discussions but the core services will be outsourced. There are many swords in this fight for compliance and some are male, some are female and some want children and a family and some have their PRIDE.

Only a pirate would ask how you turn a person's hurts and vulnerability into loot and booty; nothing else. This just in; a new international police investigation is probing the unusual disappearance of refugees in Ontario where rogue refugee services collect fees for attendances at refugee hearings and then send the refugees on complimentary boat cruises around the Great Lakes where they are thrown overboard in frigid waters, disposed of in the lake with winter boots and coats on. One rogue outfit collected $2000.00 from 50 refugees. The money is distributed and very little follow up takes place concerning the refugee's whereabouts as people are told they tried America maybe; we don't know.
