The trifurcation of the average high school syllabus into three tiers also trifurcated expectations of one's society but it may have also divided society into three tiers of people who really should be working together as school colleagues but we find that the less academic tiers also seem to compete with the academic tiers but the choice of tier in grade 9 was also the choice of career direction.
