So, the people who speak no other language but English could self identify as white or black only as a matter of systemic misfortune may know they have a multiplicity of dna and also complexions in their ancestry with a Black great grandmother or maybe a father as now maybe SOY Sauce cutee Asian in appearance  but where neither white or black actually satisfy are noticing an unusual technological happening involving a signal of some kind running through mobile devices that asks them to self identify and some people are caught in a sense of displacement emotionally when the signal seems to require anything other than Black or White as the people self Identify as Asian, African, Native or maybe French strongly or 'Merindian or  Latino  are emotionally exempt from the pressure. The Irish are also exempt in addition to any community with a circumscribing language; the Arab or the Iranian. The issue is really the notion of white such as a white self identifying Filipino who feels accused all day but the sense of accusation goes away as he self identifies as Asian. The solution in simplicity is to download a bible to your phone or...take a definitive identity as black or White is running against the  current that is seeking peace. This will prevent people from staying in the displacement when you are not sure if the world is intelligent enough for you to have a Darker Afrique,  great grandfather or if you are woohite enough where you end up compensating for your fear of economic survival and ostracising to be woohite enough and resenting and foot stooling on any Christian minded Afrique  'Merindian relative who has not offered his teeth or his "I don't know" to eat a little longer or to get away with doing anything for a few dollars more as some have communally to live in this cold; yes   as Some have  suggested due to  this SIGNAL.

Franklin Delanor Roosevelt confirms our continuing experience with automation, falling prices, falling consumption and the need.to boost spending power.  In the blessed reality of automation and erroneous need;  the need to rely on one's own understanding, you fail to just apply the only solution. The market needs to be fed with basic income as the automation not only cuts labor but the monies available. to the average citizen  for spending.  In not applying the solution offered by Keynes, there was no recovery but evidence of the  need to impliment the mass service income as the only and final solutiion,  See FDR in the  Encyclopedia of the American  Presidency.  His wisdom with automation and the failure to provide the solution ais seen in the 2nd Bill of Rights.  Fdr was the clone of George Washington apparently.  He must be heeded.
