WOI Torio Jones was recently promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer after 10 years of service in the U.S. Army.
Jones is a 2004 graduate of Franklin County High School. He is the son of Lee Martin of Stoneville, N.C.; Sheila Martin of Rocky Mount; and Gary and Veronica Jones of Rocky Mount.

I am totally amazed to read this article because I came to know that there are several new branches they are trying to open in many states.
